It is pouring for Arrambam producer AM Rathnam

Earlier we have reported that Ajith along with Gautham Menon ‘car-dashed’ into Arrambam producer AM Rathnam’s office and told him that he is giving call sheets for his next film to be directed by Gautham Menon and that Rathnam would be the producer for that film too. There is a saying ‘when money comes, it pours’! It is happening to the delight of Rathnam. No, we are not talking about Arrambam’s collections records. On one side it has already destroyed all the financial problems for the producer. Now, besides these collections phenomenon, another pipeline has been opened up for Rathnam.

Hearing the confirmation that Rathnam would be the producer for Ajith’s next film, officials from a recently launched TV channel approached the producer for satellite rights of the film and asked for the price. When he quoted Rs.20 crores, without battling the eyelids, they agreed to it and confirmed to sign the papers. Is it not ‘pouring’ now for Rathnam?
