‘சாதா’ மோகனை ‘மைக்’ மோகனாக்கி, அவரையும் ‘கமல்ஹாசனை காலி பண்ணிடுவாரு தெரியும்ல’ என்கிற அளவுக்கு புகழடைய வைத்தவர் மதர்லேண்ட் பிக்சர்ஸ் தயாரிப்பாளர் கோவை தம்பி. சுமார் 20 வருடங்கள் கழித்து இதே நிறுவனம் ‘உயிருக்கு உயிராக’ என்ற படத்தை தயாரித்திருக்கிறது. இதுவும் இசை சப்ஜெக்டாகதான் இருக்கும் போல…. திரும்பிய இடமெல்லம் கிடாரையும், கீபோர்டையும் வைத்துக் கொண்டு நிற்கிறது இளம் ஜோடிகள்.
இப்படத்தின் பாடல் வெளியீட்டு விழாவுக்கு தமிழ் திரையுலக சங்கங்களின் நிர்வாகிகள் படை திரண்டு வந்திருக்க, கமலா தியேட்டரில் ஒரு ஷோவை கட் பண்ணிவிட்டு விழாவை ரணகளமாக்கினார்கள் அவர்கள். டைக்டர் மனோஜ்குமாரை (தற்போது இவர் நியூமராலஜிப்படி விஜய.மனோஜ்குமாராம்) வாழ்த்தியமர்வதோடு போயிருந்தால் பிரஸ்சுக்கு ஏது தீனி? இயக்குனர் சங்க தலைவர் விக்ரமன் மைக்கை பிடித்தார்.
இப்பல்லாம் ஒரு படம் ஓடலேன்னா அந்த படத்தின் டைரக்டரைதான் குறை சொல்றாங்க. காலையில் பதினொரு மணிக்குதான் ஹீரோ வருவார். நாலு மணிக்கெல்லாம் கிளம்பிவிடுவார். இதில் ஒரு நாளைக்கு எத்தனை சீன் எடுக்க முடியும்? கேட்டால் டைரக்டர் ஷுட்டிங் நாட்களை அதிகப்படுத்திட்டார் என்பார்கள். படம் ஓடுனா அது எங்க முயற்சின்னு சொல்லிக்கிற அத்தனை பேரும், படம் ஓடலேன்னா அதை டைரக்டர் தலையில் கட்டிட்டு போறது என்ன நியாயம்? ஊருக்கு இளைச்சவன் டைரக்டருங்கதானா? வெற்றியில பங்கெடுத்துக்குற நீங்க, தோல்வியிலேயும் பங்கெடுத்துக்கணும் என்றார் சூடாக.
நல்லவேளையாக இதை பெரிய விவாதமாக்காமல் விட்டது பின்னால் வந்த விருந்தினர்களின் சொற்பொழிவு. உயிருக்கு உயிராக படத்தை வேந்தர் மூவிஸ் நிறுவனம் வெளியிடுகிறது. ஆச்சர்யம் என்னவென்றால் இந்த நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர் பாரி வேந்தரே இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு வந்ததுதான், சினிமாவுக்காக 100 கோடி 200 கோடிகளை கூட இறைக்கிற தெம்புள்ள இவர், இப்படத்தில் ஒரு கேரக்டரிலும் நடித்திருக்கிறாராம்.
விழாவில் பேசிய அத்தனை பேரும் பாரிவேந்தருக்கே குளிர் ஜுரம் வருகிற அளவுக்கு புகழ்ந்து தள்ளினார்கள். இவரிடம் ‘ஒரு பிலிம் சிட்டி வச்சு கொடுங்க’ என்று கேட்டார் தயாரிப்பாளர் சங்க தலைவர் கேயார். ‘யாராவது உதவி செய்யுறாங்கன்னு தெரிஞ்சா நாங்க சும்மாவே விட மாட்டோம்’ என்று அடுத்த வேண்டுதலுக்கு நேரம் குறித்தார் நடிகர் சங்க செயலாளர் ராதாரவி.
ஆக மொத்தம் ‘உயிருக்கு உயிரான’ ஒரு புரவலரை தேடிக் கண்டு பிடித்துவிட்டது கோடம்பாக்கம்.
Uyirukku Uyiraga audio launched amidst extravaganza
Kovai Thambi a very popular producer from Coimbatore in the late 80s and early 90, is back in action after about two decades, in Tamil films. He is producing the film under his very popular banner, Motherland Pictures, with the title Uyirukku Uyiraga. The audio launch was held today at Kamala Theatre, Chennai. As Kovai Thambi is a very popular figure in Kollywood, the entire film fraternity including the film bodies have come to the event. This film too appears to be a romantic musical, like Kovai Thambi’s earlier films.
Vendhar Movies which is distributing the film was represented by its Head Pari Vendhar, in the event. Speaking on the occasion, Film Producers’ Council President, Kayaar, requested Pari Vendhar to establish a Film society for the benefit of Tamil Film industry. Taking cue from Kayaar, the Secretary of Nadigar Sangam, Radha Ravi too sought an appointment with him, may be for furthering the request.
With all extravaganzas going on in the event, there was an emotion filled speech too, by the director Vikraman. He pointed out while the heroes hardly work for 5-6 hours a day, the director of the film had to scale several hurdles to complete the film. If the film runs successfully, the credit would go to the hero, while the director has to bear the brunt of the criticisms and mistakes. He asked the heroes to accept the responsibility of failure too, in the case of films which bombed at the BO.
