சுமார் ஏழு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு தியேட்டரில் நேரடி மோதல் நிகழ்த்திய அஜீத்தும் விஜய்யும் மீண்டும் அப்படியொரு மோதலுக்கு தயாராகிவிட்டார்கள். அண்மையில் வெளிவந்த ஜில்லாவும் வீரமும் ஒரே நாளில் வெளிவந்ததால் கேண்டீன் வியாபாரம் படு ஜோர். வடை டீ யாவாரம் மட்டுமல்ல… தியேட்டர் தொடர்பான எல்லா இடங்களிலுமே திருவிழா எஃபெக்ட்! இந்த சந்தோஷம் விநியோகஸ்தர்களையும் தொற்றியதால், ‘சேர்ந்தே வாங்க சிங்கங்களா’ என்று குரல் கொடுக்க ஆரம்பித்திருக்கிறார்கள்.
இந்த முறை சற்றே இறங்குமுகம் காட்டிய விஜய், மீண்டும் ஏ.ஆர்.முருகதாசுடன் இணைவதால் பழைய தெம்புக்கு வந்துவிட்டார். அஜீத்துக்கும் ஜாதகப்படி சுக்கிரன் சுற்றி சுற்றி வருகிறானாம். அதனால் மீண்டும் இணைந்தே வருவோம் என்று இருவருமே பேசிக் கொண்டதாக கூறப்படுகிறது. இவர்கள் கணக்குப்படி காய் நகர்த்தப்பட்டால் வருகிற தமிழ் புத்தாண்டு தினமான ஏப்ரல் 14 ல் மறுபடியும் கோதாவுக்கு ரசிகர்கள் தயாராகலாம்.
ஆனால் அஜீத் விஜய்க்கு அப்புறம் க்யூவில் நிற்கும் இரண்டாம் கட்ட மூன்றாம் கட்ட ஹீரோக்களுக்குதான் இப்பவே இஞ்சி சாறு சாப்பிட்ட எபெஃக்ட் தெரிகிறது முகத்தில். இவர்கள் படங்கள் இரண்டும் ஒரே நேரத்தில் வந்தால் மற்றவர்களுக்கு தியேட்டர் கிடைப்பது குதிரை கொம்புதான். அந்த கவலைதான் இப்பவே தொற்றிக் கொண்டது இவர்களிடம்.
மேயறது சிங்கங்களா இருந்தாலும், பாயுறது எவ்ளோ தொலைவுன்னு இப்பவே சொல்ல முடியாதே? அதுதான் திக் திக் சுவாரஸ்யம்!
Wholesome welcome to Ajith and Vijay films!
After seven long years Ajith and Vijay competed at the Box office, this Pongal. Though Ajith’s film did slightly better business, both the films did give the makers of the film, distributors, theatre owners ‘handsome’ profit, to the delight of everyone. Right from parking to canteen and eateries nearer to the theatres where the two films released, had a roaring business and made the surroundings with all festivities. This inspired the distributors and theatre owners to give thumbs-up to release their films together in future too.
Sensing the happiness and delight, Ajith and Vijay are planning to have another round at the BO, perhaps during the Tamil New Year’s Day or may be little later. This time since Vijay has joined hands with AR Murugadoss after Thuppakki, the film prospects have brightened up.
Though everyone is happy with their cash box filling fast, there is also a distress coming with it. The second and third rung heroes films would find it difficult to sell their films profitably due to lack of patronage. Also finding theatres to release their film is next to impossible.
There is every likelihood of other producers not permit such things happen in future, and would take appropriate steps in the matter.
