கோச்சடையான் பட பாடல் வெளியீட்டுக்கு சத்யம் தியேட்டருக்கு வந்த ரஜினியை பார்க்க மொட்டை மாடிகளிலும் கட்டி முடிக்கப்படாத ஆபத்தான கட்டிட முனைகளிலும் திரண்டு நின்ற கூட்டத்தை பார்த்து, எதிர்வரும் பாராளுமன்ற பலசாலி என்று நம்பப்படும் ‘கூட்டக் குமாரர்’ மோடியே கூட நாடி நடுங்கியிருப்பார். அந்தளவுக்கு எல்லா காலத்திலும் ரஜினி ‘காந்தமாகவே’ ரசிகர்கள் மத்தியிலிருக்கிறார் ரஜினி.
சாதாரண பொதுமக்கள்தான் இப்படி என்றில்லை. ரஜினி வருகிறார் என்றால் அவரை பார்க்க விழுந்தடித்துக் கொண்டு ஓடி வருகிற வழக்கம் சினிமாக்காரர்களுக்கும் இருக்கிறது. அண்மையில் இதை நேரில் கண்ட சிலர், ‘அதான்யா ரஜினி’ என்று வியந்த கதைதான் இது.
கடந்த சில தினங்களுக்கு முன் ஜெயா தொலைக்காட்சி நிறுவனத்திற்கு வந்திருந்தார் ரஜினி. இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி எதிர்வரும் தமிழ் புத்தாண்டு தினமான ஏப்ரல் 14 ந் தேதி ஜெயா தொலைக்காட்சியில் ஒளிபரப்பாகிறது. ரஜினியை நடிகர் விவேக் பேட்டியெடுக்கிறார். இங்கு வந்திருந்த ரஜினியை பார்க்கதான் பக்கத்து ஃபுளோரிலிருந்து ஓடோடி வந்தாராம் அந்த நடிகை.
சமீபத்தில் வெளிவந்த குக்கூ படத்தின் ஹீரோயின் மாளவிகா மேனன், ஜெயா தொலைக்காட்சி பேட்டிக்காக அங்கு வந்திருந்தார். ரஜினி வருகிறார் என்பது தெரிந்ததும் தனது பேட்டியை அப்படியே விட்டுவிட்டு அவர் எழுந்தோடிப் போய் ஆர்வமாக பார்க்க, இந்த காட்சியையே ஆர்வமாக பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்தார்கள் அலுவலக ஊழியர்கள். ஆனால் என்ன காரணத்தாலோ அவரை தொலைவிலேயே நின்று ரசித்துவிட்டு தனது ஃபுளோருக்கு போய்விட்டாராம் மாளவிகா.
Rajini craze has not diminished a bit?
The craze for Rajini amongst his fans, public and elite class has not diminished a bit. Despite the age and keeping aloof the super star is the real mass of the people and hence it is no surprise the feelers from Modi and BJP are knocking his doors for his mere sign of support. It is not the public and his fans alone to have a glimpse of the actor or to hear him, it is the same with his film fraternity too.
Recently he went to Jaya TV channel to shoot an interview done by actor Vivek, as special programme for Tamil New Year’s Day. Malavika Menon of Cuckoo fame who was shooting in the next floor for another programme, rushed to the floor on learning that Rajini is indeed shooting there. However she did not go near to him nor talk to him, for her own reasons.
