முன்னணி ஹீரோக்கள் நடித்த படங்களையும், முன்னணி இயக்குனர்களின் படங்களையும் கைப்பற்றும் முயற்சியில் ஆரம்பகாலத்தில் ஜரூராக இருந்தவர்கள் சன், ஜெயா, கலைஞர் தொலைக்காட்சிகள்தான். நடுவில் z tamil தொலைக்காட்சியும் இவர்களுக்கு போட்டியாக களத்தில் இறங்கியது. இந்த முறை வீரம், ஜில்லா இரண்டையும் கூட இந்த z tamil தொலைக்காட்சி வாங்க முயன்றதாம். இந்த போட்டியில் வீரம் படத்தை ஜெயா தொலைக்காட்சி வாங்க நினைத்து அதற்கான முனைப்பும் காட்டியது.
அஜீத்தும் அப்படத்தை ஜெயா தொலைக்காட்சிக்கே வழங்க நினைத்திருந்தார் என்பதை முன்பே கூறியிருந்தோம். ஆனால் கடைசி நேர இழுபறியில் ‘வீரம்’ படத்தை சன் தொலைக்காட்சி வாங்கிவிட்டது. ஜில்லா திரைப்படத்தையும் சன் தொலைக்காட்சிதான் வாங்கியிருக்கிறது.
பொதுவாக பண விஷயத்தில் இந்த மூன்று சேனல்களும் ஏறத்தாழ ஒரே தொகையை நிர்ணயித்தாலும், பிரமோஷன் தேவை என்று நினைப்பவர்கள் சன்னுக்கு முன்னுரிமை கொடுப்பதுண்டு. பிற தொலைக்காட்சிகளுக்கு விற்கும் படத்தை சன் கண்டு கொள்வதும் இல்லை. அதன் காரணமாகதான் வீரம் சன் வசம் போனதாகவும் கூறப்படுகிறது.
Ajith’s Veeram has landed in Sun TV network in a coup
Sun Network has done a coup of sorts to gain the satellite rights of Veeram, which was almost decided on Jaya TV. However in a last minute rush to gain the rights Sun network has virtually grabbed it for a special price.
While popular TV channels viz. Sun, Kalignar, Jaya and Vijay TVs make every effort to grab popular heroes and directors films, of late other TV channels too has enter into the field, make the life difficult popular channels. Not only the price that matters, it is also promos and TRP that counts while deciding on the channels by the producers. Of course political pull also counts.
Those producers who think apart from promos their film gets maximum exposure would always prefer Sun network and it is this with the nagging price quoted by them helped them to gain the satellite rights of Veeram. The Sun network already pocketed the satellite rights of Jilla as well.
