Aishwarya is furious with rumours
After catapulted to higher status Kollywood heroes demand popular heroines to play opposite to them. However Vijay Sethupathi is one who does not insist on who should pair with him and always get to go whoever is cast opposite to him. Till recently Aishwarya and Gayathri were given the roles opposite to him, except for Pizza where he paired with Ramya Nambeesan. After a long gap now Manisha Yadav has been roped in to play opposite to Vijay Sethupathi.
Since Aishwarya was playing his sweet heart in more number of films the gossip columnist started writing that Vijay Sethupathi recommends her to play opposite to him. This has created problems in her house as well which made her furious with the rumour mongers. She said that she bagged the offer for Rummy and Pannayarum Padminiyum only after her performance in Attakkathi which helped her. The reports that suggest that the hero was instrumental in getting her new offers are totally false and baseless. Now she has decided to put an end to this episode, by not doing any role with Vijay Sethupathi, henceforth.
