படமே ரெடியாகல… அதற்குள் சென்சார் சர்டிபிகேட்! கோச்சடையானுக்காக வளைந்ததா சென்சார்?

‘கோச்சடையான்’ படத்திற்கு யூ சர்டிபிகேட் கொடுத்திருக்கிறது சென்சார். ‘இத்தனைக்கும் படத்தில் ஒரு கட் கூட கொடுக்கவில்லை தெரியுமா?’ என்கிற ஆச்சர்யம் கலந்த சந்தோஷத்துடன் இந்த செய்தியை எல்லா ஊடகங்களும் வெளியிட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்க, கோடம்பாக்கத்தில் உலவும் இன்னொரு சந்தேகம் ‘ஐயய்யோ’ ரகம். வேறொன்றுமில்லை…. இந்த படத்தின் முதல் பிரதியை தயாரிக்கும் பணிக்காக சீனாவிலிருக்கிறார் படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளரும் இயக்குனருமான சௌந்தர்யா ரஜினிகாந்த் அஸ்வின். அவர் கிளம்பிப்போய் பத்து நாட்கள் ஆகிவிட்டது.

ஆனால் இந்த படத்திற்கு சென்னையில் சென்சார் செய்யப்பட்டு யூ சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்பட்டுவிட்டதாக அதிகாரபூர்வ செய்தியே அனுப்பப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. முதல் பிரதியே தயாராகாத போது சென்சார் உறுப்பினர்கள் எதை பார்த்து தணிக்கை செய்தார்கள் என்பதுதான் வியப்பிலும் வியப்பாக இருக்கிறது.

ஒருவேளை படத்தின் முழுமை பெறாத பிரதியை பார்த்து தணிக்கை சான்றிதழ் கொடுக்கப்பட்டிருக்கலாம் என்றாலும், அது சென்சார் அலுவலகத்தின் சட்டதிட்டத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட செயலா என்பதுதான் பெரிய கேள்வியாக இருக்கிறது. தணிக்கை குழுவின் சட்டதிட்டங்களுக்காக ரஜினி படங்கள் வளையலாம். ஆனால் ரஜினிக்காக சென்சார் வளைந்ததா? என்ற கேள்விக்கு பதில் சொல்ல வேண்டிய அவசியம் சென்சார் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு இருக்கிறது.

Has Censor Board officials overlooked their regulations for Rajini?

Couple of days ago the breaking news in media publications and portals was that Rajini starrer Kochadaiiyaan has received clean U certification from Censors without a single cut. While it is a happy news no doubt, what dismayed us is that a section in Kollywood circle has raised the doubt about the issuance of censors’ certification.

It is a fact that the director of the film Soundarya Ashwin is in China to complete the post production graphic works with first copy of the film is yet to be received, how would it be possible for Censor officials to see the film and award the certification, is the doubt doing rounds now in K-town. There was no official information that the first copy of the film was ready for Censors. If it is presumed that the Board officials had seen the uncompleted copy of the film for issuance of the certification, is it in the rule books such thing can be done, is another big question haunting everyone.

Everyone including the Censor officials have to abide by the rules and regulations of the Board. If that be so, how could Censors give a certification for an uncompleted film? Will the Board officials clarify?
